The SAP client runs slower due to the extra overhead required for taking screenshots and logging control information for all controls on each SAP window. Silk Performer needs to do this to allow debugging and customization of SAP GUI controls via TrueLog Explorer. It also uses the control information to allow you to perform error analysis in TrueLog On Error files. If it is causing problems you can disable this by browsing to: SETTINGS | ACTIVE PROFILE | SAPGUI | LOGGING Here uncheck the options to "Capture Screenshots" and "Log control information in TrueLog". Please be aware that removing screenshots and control information makes customization and error analysis more difficult. Old KB# 18123
