Wiki Page: Why do I get the error message "Silk Central Components File has encountered a problem and needs to close" when executing JavaGetByteArray?

There were two issues identified with JavaGetByteArray that can result in a crash of Silk Performer with the error message "Silk Central Components File has encountered a problem and needs to close". One possible cause for this behavior is calling JavaGetByteArray on a null object the other is concerned with internal workings of the product.  Both issues have been resolved with SP78_Hotfix13_JavaGetByteArray. Please contact Technical Support to obtain this hotfix. It should be noted that this issue has been officially addressed in the latest version of Silk Performer, a download of which can be retrieved via the the following: http://supportline.microfocus.com/
