These files are intermediate results files. The TSD writer creates them while running a load test and then merges them to create a full TSD file. After merging the files are deleted. A TSD_H_ file is created for each Virtual user and one for each agent. These files remain if an error occurred before or during the merge process. In order to see these files run a test for longer than is required and then abort it shortly before the test is due to complete, or another option would be to copy these files on the fly.
