Yes, Silk Performer fully supports the "no-cache" directive, however there was an issue with Silk Performer 7.1 and before. If the cache-control header is provided with a no-cache and a max-age value, then the time specified along with the max-age header is taken. If a time of 0 is specified then the document is only valid for about 1 second.
