If the script runs fine on localhost but fails on agents then it"s likely because you need some kind of windows authentication specified on the agent machine(s). In order to try and resolve this issue you need to choose: TOOLS | SYSTEM CONFIGURATION MANAGER | CONNECT Here specify the first agent machine being used and connect to it. Once connected choose the Applications tab and enter your windows login credentials. Click OK to save the changes and then repeat these steps for each agent machine you are using. Once you have complete these steps try to run the test again. Since SilkPerformer 2011 a user account can be set in the "System Settings Agents Advanced tab" if all remote agents should run under the same user account. Old KB# 17845
