This can occur when the Realtime.ini file either gets deleted, renamed or becomes corrupt while Performance Explorer is opened. Please ensure that this file exists in the Silk Performer\Working\Include directory. If the file does exist then make sure that you have specified valid directory paths for all your Silk Performer files. To check this browse to: SETTINGS | SYSTEM | WORKSPACE | DIRECTORIES Here check all the path settings are correct and then click OK to close the dialog. If the realtime.ini file does not exist then reinstall Silk Performer.
