Wiki Page: Why do I see Citrix replay errors such as "CitrixEngine: 44 - Operation failed, WindowMove timed out" and how do I resolve this?

If you see errors such as "WindowMove timed out" when replaying a Citrix script you should check the record.log for Citrix windows that have a size of zero (0 x 0). Zero size windows will disappear shortly after creation and may subssequently cause replay errors. This issue may result in a number of different replay errors such as "WaitForWindowCreation failed". There is a Hotfix, SP78_Hotfix_07, available which results in any zero sized windows being ignored so that this issue does not occur. However it is recommended that you upgrade fully to the latest version of Silk Performer, which includes this fix.
