SDK Patch Release build version 12.0.0.44 (posted June 8, 2013) is available for download. This version of the SDK is fully backward compatible with StarTeam Servers 2009 (11.0), 2009 R2 (11.5) and 12.0 and forward compatible with StarTeam Server 12.5 and 13.0. The readme contains the links to the 12.0 SDK runtime installers This version of the SDK no longer provides support for COM. Specifically, COM support has been dropped since this 12.0 release. Custom COM scripts written to the old namespace should continue to use the 11.0 SDK (a last known good build can be downloaded from the 11.0.0.86 wiki page)
