When there are two network cards in a machine, it is possible that SilkTest is trying to communicate through the wrong network card. This can be overcome by changing the order of the network cards on the PC. The other points to watch are the LAN cables and network design. If the two LAN cables are connected to two different hubs, which are not routed, the problem can also arise. To overcome the problem you may need to swap the cables over. Old KB# 22411
