Occasionally, various TestPartner toolbars seem to "disappear". It's not always a matter of them being hidden behind a window, but rather the toolbars are no longer there at all. How can I get them back? Make sure TestPartner is not running. Choose File Exit in TestPartner to close it if it is running. Use the Windows Explorer to navigate to the Winnt directory on you local hard drive. Locate and delete the TESTPARTNER.INI file in the Winnt directory. Restart TestPartner. The TESTPARTNER.INI file will regenerate, and the toolbars will be restored. Old KB# 10926
