Solution: If you are testing a Java application and want to ignore a specific class of control; the Javaex.ini must be manually edited as follows: myclassname=FALSE Where myclass is the full class name of the class to be ignored; please note that in order to see children on this class, you must use the value 'FALSE' rather than 'IGNORE'. The Javaex.ini file can be found in the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\SilkTest\extend Old KB# 20997
