The following issue(s) have been resolved with this hotfix:
  - RPI 1086587, DE4480
      Gui-Level Testing update, including support for Windows 2012.

With Gui-Level testing projects it is recommended to use the default system account for launching agents.
Reason: The recommended Remote Desktop Server configuration automatically ends a disconnected session, which would - in case of a disconnected agent session - also terminate the agent's session including the agent.

      Configuring Windows 2012 for GUI-Level Testing      
      Before you can perform this task, make sure that Remote Desktop Services is enabled.
      1. End disconnected sessions.
         a. Start the Windows Server Manager and navigate to
            Remote Desktop Services > Collections > <name of the collection>.
            In the Properties area, select Edit Properties from the Tasks menu.
         b. On the Session Collection dialog, select Session.
         c. In the End a disconnected session list, select 1 minute.
         d. Click OK.

      2. Allow RDP users to run multiple sessions and launch all programs.
         a. Start the Windows Local Group Policy Editor and navigate to
            Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates >
            Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Connections.
         b. Double-click Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop Services session.          
         c. Click the Disabled option.
         d. Click OK.          
         e. Double-click Allow remote start of unlisted programs.
         f. Click the Enabled option.
         g. Click OK.

      3. User Account Control (UAC) is enabled by default, but is not required for GUI-level testing.
         If you want to leave UAC turned on, the agent must run under a user account.
         To configure UAC settings:
         a. Navigate to Control Panel > User Accounts > User Accounts > Change User Account Control Settings.
         b. Modify the UAC notification level as desired.
         c. Click OK.

The following issue(s) have been resolved with this hotfix:

RPI 1086296: Updates the Recorder's SSL certificates increasing the encryption key length to 4096 bits

Windows update KB2661254 blocks the use the use of RSA certificates that have encryption keys less than 1024 bits long.  During recording of secure traffic, the recorder presents its own certificate, rather than than the actual server certificate of the application you are recording to the browser.  The Recorder certificate contains an RSA key that is 512bits in length, therefore with Windows update KB2661254 applied, Internet Explorer blocks the connection.

Encrypt and Decrypt BDL functions are based on RC4 which is a non FIPS compliant encryption/decryption algorithm, new BDL functions using Triple-DES encryption/decryption have been introduced.
