Silk Mobile 6.3.25 introduced a new feature that enables the user to test non-instrumented applications on a non-jailbroken iOS device. 1. You will be required to install the "LaunchAgent (iOSBridge)" application on the device. See steps below:- - On the iOS device, navigate to the following URL: https://s3.amazonaws.com/experitest/iphone/index.html - Click on "LaunchAgent (IOSBridge)" link and install application on device. - This will create a "iOSBridge" icon on the device desktop. - Launch this application and leave running in the background (press home button). 2. Connect your Device to Silk Mobile. 3. In Silk Mobile, select "Open Device". You will then be able to see the iOS device desktop. 4. You are now free to record against your non-instrumented application (eg - Settings). Note:- You will only to able to use image and text recognition. To use native properties your application will still require to be instrumented.
